Worked great for me to change a full set of brake pads
I had relatively low expectations with this jack, but I needed something inexpensive to change my brake pads. The local mechanics wanted to charge $300 for this, so being able to get a jack, some jack stands, and some brake pads for less than that was my priority.
This little jack did the trick on my Hyundai Elantra. I put jack stands under the car but they never ended up getting used, this jack held the car at the same height throughout each brake change. Overall for the price I’m very happy with what I got.
This jack works well. I like that it’s in a case and it’s easy to carry, but I did expect something much larger. It’s the right size to carry in the back of your car or truck. Much better than searching for your jack and hope all the part’s are there.
Toolbox to hold jack was too damaged to use.
Like other reviews, the plastic tool box to hold the jack was too damaged to use. The handle was broken and the corner was shattered. The hinge was shot as well. Bought a new toolbox to hold it to the tune of $30. Should have gotten the mire expensive one. It would have been cheaper in the end.
