I’m tired of going to the gas station and paid for air. After a lot of research I decided to get this pump. The size is compact. I can carry it around and use it anytime I need. Love it so much! The 10ft length cord is long enough to reach the back tire even I plugged it in to the front lighter socket.
The operation was simple. The display showed the current air pressure was 33PSI. I set 35PSI for my car. It pumped and stopped when the preset air pressure was reached. It took less than one minute to inflate one tire.
It works for bicycle, basketball and air mattress too. The led light is a bonus and super helpful when using it at night.
I am very happy with my purchase. Five stars since it works as described. I will update once I have used it a couple of times.
I bought it since the gas station is quite far , and also in an emergency I needed something that I can rely on to make it to the tire shop or home .
Also in these COVID times the least you touch , the better … You can have your tires checked safely at home without risking yourself and without paying.
You also have the digital meter , and it is accurate enough ,I checked it with my Slime air gauge and it was the same .
What I also liked is that the air hose is from the screw type , I’ve had the lever type before and it will always break on me , and since I’m going to use it at least 16 times weekly it better last , this is actually the weakest link for ANY air pump , and I just feel safer with this screw-on type than the lever type . If you feel that you loose some air just add 0.5 extra .
And it is well built , not cheap , it is nearly organized , and the best thing is that you can put it back as just purchased in its bag.
It fills up the tires pretty fast , and it just went beyond my expectations.
I own several great tacklife products so went with the brand and bought this one. Unfortunately, i expect this to fail soon since it heats up a lot.
The packaging for the product is awesome. I like how the cables are neatly tucked in one unit. That may also be a problem since excessive bending of the wires and air tube may result in failures. Also all adapters are placed on the unit in tiny slots.
I used this only one time to fill air in my mini van from 29 to 35 psi. It took about a couple minutes to do that. In this time the air tube got really hot. Imagine the heat while inflating that from a lower number!
For this reason i am not convinced this is going to last very long.
